About this policy

This policy explains how the developer of MosaBloom: Block Puzzle ("we", "us") handles information in the current iOS version and on this support website. It covers version 1.0.1, which has no integrated third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK. Questions can be sent to heydtehn484@gmail.com.

02

Information on your device

The game stores progress, scores, preferences, and gameplay state locally so it can continue between sessions. Local game state may include timestamps, performance preferences, and identifiers needed to resume a round or avoid granting the same reward twice. The current version does not maintain a diagnostic event journal, device-profile log, or crash-report collection.

This information supports the game on your device. We do not receive your gameplay records, and the current version does not upload diagnostic reports. Local gameplay identifiers are not advertising identifiers. The game does not require an account.

03

Network time checks

The app may make HTTPS HEAD requests to www.google.com, www.cloudflare.com, www.apple.com, and www.microsoft.com to read a server time header. These requests do not include a gameplay or diagnostic payload. As with any internet connection, the destination can receive your IP address and standard connection or request metadata. If a time check is unavailable, the app can use the device clock.

Those providers handle requests under their own policies: Google, Cloudflare, Apple, and Microsoft.

04

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or details you choose to include. We use this information to respond, investigate the issue, and handle privacy requests. Sending diagnostic files or screenshots is optional. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary personal information.

Our support mailbox uses Gmail. Google and your own email provider process email according to their applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not use support correspondence for advertising.

05

This website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser or connection information, and security-related request data to deliver and protect the site. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We do not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, third-party fonts, or an online support form to these pages. Hosting or security infrastructure may use technical mechanisms needed to serve or protect the website.

06

Advertising, sharing, and services

The current app has no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, attribution, or crash-upload SDK. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information you provide in a support request may be handled by service providers needed to receive email and resolve your request, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Apple separately handles App Store downloads, device services, and any device backup or diagnostics you enable under Apple’s policies.

07

Storage and your choices

Local progress and settings remain on your device until removed. The current version removes the retired diagnostic journal and its associated diagnostic preference keys when the app next launches. Deleting the app removes its local app data under iOS behavior; offloading an app can retain its documents and data. Backups you enable may retain copies under your device or backup provider’s settings. Deleting the app may permanently lose your progress.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent to support. We cannot retrieve or remotely delete game data that exists only on your device. Hosting and email providers may retain their own records under their policies.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and to complain to your local privacy authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights; we may need to verify the request using only necessary information.

08

Children’s privacy

The game does not require children to submit personal information or create an account. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through support. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

09

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle. Website connections use HTTPS. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Cloudflare and email providers operate internationally, so information involved in website visits or support messages may be processed outside your country under the providers’ applicable safeguards.

10

Updates and contact

We will update this page if the game’s data practices change, including if a future version adds SDKs or online services. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Any additional notice or consent required for a material change will be provided as applicable.
